Crafted from finely hand-spun Himalayan Giant Nettle (Allo) yarn, each piece is handmade by skilled village artisans in the Sankhuwasabha district of eastern Nepal.

Designed to help create a rich lather while cleansing and gently massaging the skin, these natural soap pouches offer a simple, sustainable alternative to synthetic bathing accessories.

The Square pouch is newly developed with a double-yarn construction for extra durability and is sized to accommodate most standard bars of soap.

The Oval pouch is finely and tightly crocheted with single yarn, making it ideal for gathering and using up small leftover pieces of soap.

Naturally textured, Himalayan nettle fibre offers gentle exfoliation when used on the face or body.

Every stage of production — from harvesting and retting the wild nettle to spinning the fibre and crafting the finished pouch — is carried out by hand, preserving traditional skills and supporting small-scale, rural craftsmanship in Nepal.

Each piece has its own character, with subtle variations in natural shade, texture and shape reflecting the handmade process. A practical hanging loop allows the pouch to be hung up to dry after use.
