International shipping

We offer international shipping to supported destinations using DHL Express and FedEx. Available shipping services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and shipment details.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout refer to transit time and do not include our order processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Customs & Duties

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx using Shopify Managed Markets.

Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Most orders for US are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so you should not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

For some destinations where prepaid duties are unavailable, additional charges may apply upon delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
